Returns & Exchanges 🔄

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at Snugzee.store@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items marked as final sale or personalised/customised items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For exchanges, please return your original item and place a new order.
